Currently writing this as I'n 32,000 feet in the air - does anyone else have terrible skin after a long-haul flight? I swear, airplanes make me have three new unwelcome friends on my face.
I use a ton of different brands and products in my kit that fit a variety of situations including TV, film, photography, and stage. But in my personal kit, I like to use makeup brands that have minimal ingredients to keep me feeling put together, but without being too much for skin.
In the last year, I've partnered alongside Community Natural Foods to talk about the Clean Beauty products they offer. I've tried their beauty lines including: Anne Marie Borlind, Gabriel, Mineral Fusion, and Benecos, and they are brands I love using in my personal kit for those days where I am in a rush and need a little makeup before bolting out the door (lets face it, I always wait until the last minute to run out the door to get to where I need to be on time!)
This spring and summer revitalize your makeup bag, and think about using some easy-to-make makeup remover wipes that take off every bit of makeup while leaving your skin subtly soft! A couple weeks ago, I got to share these makeup trends and DIY wipes with viewers of CTV Morning Live Calgary. Thank you so much to CTV and Community Natural Foods, I had so much fun chatting about my passion with you and can't wait to do it again.
